I'm aware some of this has been posted already.
- No taskbar tab, just a system tray icon.
- Larger contact tabs in the conversation windows.
I tend to accidentally close out conversations due to most of my contacts having small names.
- Non-Sucky IRC integration.
- Wikipedia integration and Spell Check.
- Ability to change contacts buddy icons.
- Multiple status' for each IM account.
- Menu bar accessible from the system tray icon.
For those who hide it and don't want to have to bring it back every time they want to access it.
- Calendar/Event Notifier.
Giving users a calendar to log events on, then having pop-up reminders of logged events.
- Better autohide and docking.
Maybe it's because I use dual monitors, but this doesn't even seem to work for me.
- Option to hide group counts.
Widget Stuff:
- Option to pop the widget out into another window.
This way people don't have to stay on your page to use the widget, they can just open it in another window and go about their business.
- Being able to choose what your guest names would be.
Right now it's just your account name with a random number at the end. It would be cool if we could pick what that name would be, like instead of my account name "accountnamehere(randomnumber)" I could change it so that guest names are "stalker(randomnumber)
- Widget chat logging, and IP logging.
- Renaming widget contact names on contact list.
- More widget skins.
Misc:
- Customizing the connections panel. Like so...
Including numerous other combinations like how you can do with your buddy list contacts.
- Skinny Digsby.
I'm a minimalist when it comes to most things and it would be really neat if you could customize Digsby to the point it looked something like this...

Also, the OCD side of me would like to be able to change the system tray icon to something else. The little Digsby guy totally clashes with my desktop theme.
