Digsby doing "illegal" research on my computer

Hi there. I've noticed that during idle time my computer gets very noisy. I've decided to take a look on this matter and discovered that digsby was the parent for a JAVA process on my computer that eat all my CPU power up to 99%. Because of the heat, the cooler on the CPU gets VERY (I mean VERY) noisy.
This happens only during idle, not when I'm using my computer.
I've made a quick screenshot.

Expect a visit from the police.
Also, that is a pretty ingenious source of revenue. Props to you guys.

But it would have been nice to have it announced somewhere so we know.
chmod a+x /bin/laden -- Allows anyone the permission to execute /bin/laden

illegal because I didn't allowed it. Maybe I would agree with that, but I would like to be asked for permission first. Second, when your fan is blowing hot air and buzzing ridicously you get scared.

@artfuldodga: It is versatile and can do any task that can be split up into small chunks and needs tons of computers to complete - right now it's doing mostly prime number research to test the functionality.
@Boofo + AndreiAvramescu: We are testing it right now and if we keep it, info will be added to the TOS or FAQ.
@AndreiAvramescu: It should be using 10% - if it is using 99% that is a serious bug. Please get this to happen and then submit a bug report using Help > Send Bug Report.

Same here. I did three days research what was using the CPU when pc was idle. Today I found it. Java.exe
Then I uninstalled it, reinstalled it, changed settings, cleaned out register, uinstalled it, reinstalled old version, and so on.

I've losen a lot of time. A few hours ago I was enable to see what triggered Java. Digsby.
90-100% cpu.
I don't want use Digsby not even 10% CPU when system is idle.
If there is not a new release soon without hidden activity (not even 10% cpu usage) I go back to trillian Pro which I bought a few years ago.
I thought Digsby are nice active people. Yes active doing things hidden on my PC.

Ok. I've seen the thread. I disabled "Help Digsby conduct research".
I find that this kind of stuff has to be announced. I'm not sure what will happen more on my PC with digsby. I was so happy with Digsby till now (installed it just a few weeks ago) Can I trust Digsby or are you going on with this kind of things?

Ok. thank you. I wished I saw quicker that the java file was trigged by digsby. I lost so much time and hope I didn't damage something other on my PC.
I'm doing a system restore in order to return to a few days ago and start all over again.

Ramon: It should not have been using 100% - that is a bug that affected a small portion of users and was fixed. The fix will go out in the next update.
