Multiuser Web widget

I'd like a widget that can connect to multiple users that author on my website.

I've been looking everywhere for something like this.

I'd like to put ONE widget on my organization's website and let them see when ANY of our staff come online via WHATEVER chat program they run on their own computer (Facebook, MSN, Google, Digsby, etc.).

Is this possible?

So you want a web based widget that can connect to all known protocols? Be a lot easier just to get everyone to use the same protocol as everyone else. A lot less of a security risk as well.
