I recently installed the Ravenant Message Style.

http://www.adiumxtras.com/index.php?a=x … ra_id=6766

I'm not sure if it's a compatibility issue with Windows 7, or if it's something in the code, but whenever I try to switch to that skin, Digsby crashes. If there's anyone here that's more skilled at skinning than I am, do you think you could take a quick look over it and maybe see what the problem is?

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks in advance~

[Also, I wasn't sure if this should go here or in tech support. Feel free to move it if appropriate.]

I seem to be having the same issue as you, and hat message style is really nice. I would also like to know if this could be fixed, or ported correctly.

I'm thinking the existing Satin theme could be used as a base. Just need to remove the username/protocol bar and add the Javascript used for doing the icon reflections.

Ok just had a quick look and removing the name/protocol bar seems to be just a case of removing the following line from Content.html and Context.html

Code:

<div class="nameheader"><div class="name">%sender%</div><div class="protocol">%service%</div></div>

not sure about how to include Javascript for doing the reflections though. Need something like http://cow.neondragon.net/stuff/reflection/

Ok I had a go at editting Satin and go it looking like that but couldn't get reflection.js to work. Probably not including it right. Once someone can explain how to do that you would just need to grab the background images/gradients from that theme.

i think the reflection is what's causing the crashes. i don't think our version of webkit supports it yet.

Never had it crash just didn't work. Can't see why the version of Webkit you use wouldn't support it since something as old as IE 5.5 does. I tried putting the script tage in both the header and footer file but it just didn't get called by the looks of it. Wish I could view the source of IM windows.

because the graphics interface flows through wx and is still incomplete, yet I don't know what will/will not work or crash.

closed topic w/ link == punBB doesn't have merge.

So is there any actual way to get Ravenant itself to work? Or are we just SOL?
