Start minimized

I'd like digsby to start as minimized, so that the startup window (and Buddy List if you've set it to auto-login) isn't shown when starting the app, just the tray icon.

is there a way to do this with a shortcut? i think one of the options for shortcuts is to start them 'normal', 'maximized', or 'minimized'.

so you guys could use that workaround until we get around to putting an option in.

nevermind i just tried it. it doesn't really do anything useful because the login screen isn't a normal window- and not the one to be minimized, anyway.

I know nothing about the programming used, but is there a switch we could use on the shortcut (or is that what you meant)?

no, i meant in the windows shortuct UI (on winxp, anyway). there's a drop-down menu somewhere in the properties window of the shortcut that lets you choose how it starts.

but it doesn't seem to affect digsby in any way. but even then, that only affects the starting window (the login screen) and not the contact list.
