Can't Log Chat Files (Windows 7 x64)

Hi! I'm running Windows 7 x64 Ultimate and I am having issues with chat logging. The option is on and it doesn't save the files. I have included a screenshot. Can someone help me?

I found a work around. I don't know which one made it work but this is what I did.

1) I reinstalled Digsby
2) Ran it as Admin
3) Disable / Untoggle Chat Logging
4) Re-enable Chat Logging

That did the trick for me.
