Failed to Connect (all)

Digsby won't login at all.  I've tried on a couple computers on different networks mostly without success. One computer on one network worked, but took much longer than it used to and another computer which used to be able to connect can't access it on that network.  I also noticed that the login and general performance slowed significantly in the last two weeks or so.  There's no new firewalls in place and I disabled it on my Win7 machine. 

I cleared my log and tried connecting.  Here's some log messages that may help:

It would seem that the login server is no longer online: 
67.221.174.61
